The Urban Mom’s 12 Days of Giveaways with Fresh Prep

If you’ve been following my stories on Instagram for a while, it’s no secret that I love cooking and I really love Fresh Prep. As a busy mom, my mental capacity is limited most days… my brain feels like mush by 6:15pm to be exact. Meal planning is so important for our family, so we’re not asking ourselves… what’s for dinner? Fresh Prep is a food prep service that takes the guessing and questioning out of our weeks. I order our dinners a week in advance and it gets delivered to our door. Each day I open up the fridge, take a meal kit out and in 20 mins or less, dinner is ready and it is DELICIOUS!

Fresh prep has helped me become a more confident and creative cook. When I’m not cooking Fresh Prep meals, I like pulling out old recipe cards and making my own version of that meal. I’ve also learned a few techniques and loved exploring new flavours from different cultures without having to buy all the full sized ingredients at the store.

Another thing I love about Fresh Prep is that they’re a Vancouver owned and operated, certified b-corp. Meaning they prioritize working with local farmers and participate in business practices such as partnering and donating to local community organizations and taking accountability for their impact on the environment.
