Part of my New Year’s Resolution (is it New Year? or New Years?) is to read more. Not only for some inspiration, but also because I need to start putting my phone down when I get into bed and pick up a book instead. Bed, instead… it rhymes. See, it’s meant to be.
Mikayla and I went to the Library for Kids Storytime and while we were there we picked up a few books. I borrowed Option B by Sheryl Sandberg & Adam Grant. I read Lean In by Sheryl Sandberg last year and loved it. She’s so inspiring, especially for women who work in the corporate world.
I started reading while Mikayla was napping and cried during the “Intro”. I won’t spoil it, but she tells a very personal, emotional story.
Here’s a list of books I’m planning on getting into this Winter.
