This is a super easy, refreshing, sweet and savoury salad that makes for a great side!

Makes: 6 – 8 servings
Green Grape Salad
Ingredients:
4 C fresh, green grapes, halved
1 C or 2 stalks of celery, chopped
⅓ C red onion, chopped
1 C Kale, chopped
¼ C chopped walnuts (opt)
Dressing:
2 Tbsp Olive oil
1 Tbsp Red wine vinegar
Lemon juice to taste
Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions:
In a large salad bowl, mix together the grapes, celery, red onion, kale and walnuts. In a small bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients, olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice and salt & pepper to taste.
Toss the salad with the dressing and serve!
