Cleaning Up and Organizing our Small Pantry

The cupboard I was using as a pantry was a mess, so I went to the dollar store and got a whole bunch of glass containers to finally get my spices and baking stuff out of bulk bags and mismatched containers and into something more uniform. Now the cupboard is clean and organized 🙂

If you’re curious about the cleaner, I made it myself, and added some essential oils (this is the brand I am trying out, and liking so far!) to make the smell less vinegary.

Natural All Purpose Cleaner
  • Half a Litre (500ml) of hot water
  • 1/8 cup White Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Baking Soda
  • 2-3 drops of Tea Tree Oil or Eucalyptus Oil
  • 2-3 drops of Lavender Essential Oil
  • 2-3 drops of Peppermint Essential Oil

So now that’s all organized, next up is the second cupboard which has all our snacks and cereals. Spring Cleaning! Or nesting? Nawww. 😉 Hahaha!
